Agro Prince Pascal
Founder & Executive Director

Agro Prince Pascal is a dedicated conservationist and wildlife manager with over seven years of experience in forest and wildlife management in Ghana. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Wildlife and Range Management at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). He holds a Diploma in Natural Resource Management, a BSc in Forest Resource Technology (Ecotourism), and an MPhil in Wildlife and Range Management, all from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana. He also earned an MSc in Leisure Tourism, Environment & Land and Water Management from Wageningen University and Research, The Netherlands.
He is a professional member of the Ghana Wildlife Society (GWS) and the Ghana Institute of Foresters (GIF). Pascal combines rigorous scientific training with extensive field experience to lead evidence-based conservation initiatives that protect threatened species and restore critical habitats in Ghana.
As Executive Director of Alliance for Pangolin Conservation Ghana (Pangolin-Gh), he provides strategic leadership, oversees research programs, and coordinates partnerships with local communities, government agencies, and international conservation organizations. He also serves as the West Africa Working Group Co-Chair of the IUCN SSC Pangolin Specialist Group, contributing to regional conservation strategies, policy dialogues, and collaborative networks across West Africa.
Pascal’s work spans pangolin conservation, elephant coexistence, African golden cat research, habitat restoration, and environmental education. He is deeply committed to empowering local communities—especially women and youth—through inclusive conservation initiatives and sustainable livelihood support, bridging the gap between scientific research and practical, community-led conservation action.
